    I wish some of the missing heat would find its way to me. I live in the ranges east of Melbourne, in Australia, where we are supposedly going through a ‘heat wave’. Today I have on long trousers, a long sleeved T-shirt and a cardigan. The heater thermostat is set at 17c all year round and today the heater has actually come on. I blame Tim Flannery and David Karoly who were both on TV last night blaming climate change for the ‘heat wave’. Yesterday was not a lot warmer, the temperature at home got up to 19c.
