Actually, the “lefties” I know were, without exception, appalled by that sickness. Just like all 2nd amendment supporters (such as I) are appalled by the incident in Newtown (and other incidents).
Bullshit, the comments on The Guardian web site at the time the video came out were very supportive as black comedy.
Well, of course I don’t know them. I’m telling you what people I know expressed. Reading my comment, that’s what I said. So it would be difficult for you to know that it’s bullshit. And oh, by the way, nobody actually died in those scenes. I guess the distinction is lost on you in your attempt to tar “lefties” (of which I am not one, nor am I ever accused of being one).
The message was clear that children’s lives were less important than controlling CO2. This is a common belief among greens who see children as future destroyers of the planet.

All the fatties I know were, without exception, appalled that I left a tray of moist, delicious double chocolate brownies just sitting there on the table.
The creators of the “short film” as they called it, who are lefties BTW, weren’t appalled by it. They were quite proud of it.

Steve, you are right to highlight this extremely disturbing video. While the environmentalists may have later that it was funny, I think that idea might have been an after thought. What it shows is their hatred of people who don’t agree with their thinking – school kids, workers, sports people, doesn’t matter who. If people disagree with their thinking, then they’re of no value, lets get rid of them. Not funny at all. Reminds of the Nazi regime in WWII. Not funny at all.
