    The cold in Moscow isn’t an indication of anything. Moscow covers a very small percentage of the earths surface. Now the heat they had last summer meant global warming is happening. Let’s keep things in correct perspective.

    So 1947, 1997, 2002 , 1978, 2006, +1980 were all record cold winters at the same time.
