Hmmm. Funny how Nigeria is building gas fired power stations and looking to develop its coal reserves by 2015. The policy is in the Presidential Road Map published last July. A bit of windpower in the far north where there are no fossil fuels, and some small hydro, plus some big hydro some time in the future – lets hope the environmental impact is not too great. All in all a rather sensible energy policy compared with the UK (or Australia, Baa Humbug!).
