It’s clear that Kimberly Cheater had plans to allow Thomas Crooks a free shot or two. Her excuse of the roof being “highly sloped at the top” gives it away. She told local police officers to guard the building from the inside, which means not guard it at all, absolute proof that she intended Crooks to assassinate Trump. Total setup.
