How can 2 degrees be disaster, when the seasonal plus diurnal swing can be 60 degrees C?
Hansen has lost it, IMO. He is a quack “scientist”. He has ZERO credibilty.

How can 2 degrees be a disaster when the daily rise is 20 or 30 degrees and the hourly rise is a few degrees.
I get 2°C difference regularly between my house and the nearest town. I’m still alive and my potatos grow well.
My wife gets an instant 2°C rise under the collar when I make her mad but I never tried to verify it with a thermometer. I’m still alive.

Yup up in the cold dark north -40c with a 18 kilck wind +2c would sure help alot . Still trying to figure out how it warms faster in the winter up here with no flippen sun .
“Eminent scientists” prove they have completely lost the plot claiming 2 deg will kill everything on the planet. One might suspect a conspiracy to make science a laughing stock in the young generation. It’s a tragedy, when real science is displaced by quackery.
