The majority of Northern Hemisphere warming over the last century is man made, and due to data tampering by government scientists.
In 1975, the National Academy of Sciences published the graph below, showing a dramatic cooling in the Northern Hemisphere from the 1930s until 1970, with the 1970 temperature about the same as 1910.
NASA has since erased most of that post-1930s cooling, and made 1910 much cooler than 1970.
The next graph overlays the current GISS graph (green) on the 1975 National Academy of Sciences graph. You can see how they massively cooled the period from 1890 to 1970, with the most dramatic data tampering being during the hot years of the 1920s and 1930s.
The graph below shows the impressive hockey stick of data tampering done by GISS relative to the original National Academy of Sciences temperatures.
After the Northern Hemisphere tampering was done, the new fake data became the basis for US data tampering, ignoring Briffa’s trees, and ultimately the hockey stick.
Well behaved skeptics are expected to agree that global warming is real, but I believe it is all contrived – other than the warming from 1910 to 1940 and then again from 1978 to 1998, after the ice age scare. Most likely the temperature graph would appear cyclical if not for the data corruption.

NASA is being used as a tool for global dictator wannabes.
Climate is a global concern, similar to communism used to be but it collapsed.
The leftist strongmen wannabes were upset when communism fell, so they tried to get a leg up on the “military industrial complex” right wing hawks by contriving “global warming will kill everybody” alarmism.
It’s no coincidence leftist political leaders like Al Gore quickly stepped in to assume the role. Climate was seen as the new boogeyman to justify a global gov’t, recruiting NASA and the UN was only natural.
It would seem to me that if oxygen were present 3.2 thousand million years ago that the magnetite bands in the Canadian Shield would be hematite because the iron would bond with the available oxygen.
I suspect the most recent peak was the 30’s, never reaching that level again.

So basically, there has been 20 years of warming since 1940 (1978-1998). 20 years of warming out of the last 73 (while the other years are neutral or cooling) does not exactly prove catastrophic warming. But if you dare point that out, you are a racist, homophobe, Nazi or even worse, according to Al Gore.
These so called ‘scientists. should be banished to hard labor at the Greenland summit.
They couldn’t find a job for an astronomer and space physics guy at NASA. They don’t need claimotologists now either (pun intended). Lots of openings in Islamicapology I hear.

If the data is to be believed then virtually all the warming occurred from circa 1918 to 1935 and then basically stopped at least until 1970. Which doesn’t fit the narrative either.

I tend to agree with this comment for the XX century, having in sight the large amount of data showing oscillations in Arctic similar to those that happened recently, as well as the data you showed in your post. We all know that there has been strong data manipulation in the recent comparison with previous measurements (due to “administrative reasons”) and the existence of large amount of anecdotal reports / non scientific papers of extreme weather in the 1930’s and 40’s, similar to what happened recently.
This is well known documented information, people believe otherwise only if they want, for whatever reason.
I’d also add that in all probability the XX century was warmer than the preceding many centuries, due to a sequence of intense solar cycles last century, possibly the most intense solar grand maximum in many thousand years

IPCC could fix Northern and Global Warming ‘crisis’ in one small meeting in Stockholm tonight by restoring stolen temperature data.
A sad indictment on society and science that such a simple climate ‘fix’ is possible.
But of course, as with the 17 year “warming pause” denial by warmists and the IPCC, they expressly do not want the climate to ‘fix’ – too many snouts in the climate change trough, too many reputations at stake and too many social(ist) experiments still to conduct.
